Get online support
Hi,
I've received my new SIM card almost a week now and when I try to activate it on my online account, I'm getting "Activation attempt failed, please try again.".
Customer Care on the phone not being helpful and suggest to retry after 48 hours!
Note: I not trying to port in from another number, I'm after a new number.
