SIM Activation issue after porting from another provider

Level 2

Hi, i my number has been ported from Vodafone, and i am unable to make and recive calls, and i dont have mobile data.

I have checked sim card in anothe phone and same issue, none of the phones used are locked.

I need this issue resolved right now, if not resolved by tomorrow morning i will take it to telecommunications ombudsman.
