Sim Activation - Waiting long time - 5 Days

I'm the TPG Mobile customer for more than 3 years and unfortunately lost my sim whilst visiting overseas, got the replacement sim on 11th Sep and activated it via customer portal but still waiting for Sim Activation but no luck after waiting for about 5 days.
Spoke to TPG technical support numerous time and raise the urgent ticket Ticket #52400401 to expedite the issue but after waiting of 48 Hours still no luck.
 
Please help me out to sorted this issue.
