SIM Card Delivery

I received the email which said my card was shipped on 30th Mar. Today I still dont get it. What is the timeline for the sim card delivery?

Hi @Allok , SIM card delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days around Metro and 3 to 5 working days outside Metro before it arrives. 

If you will not receive the SIM card today, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address.
