SIM card cancellation

Hi, I initiated the cancellation of my SIM card on the 13th of February and was informed by the customer service representative that I would receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours. However, I have not received any email or message from TPG, despite checking all my junk mails. The SIM card remains active.

 

I called again this Monday and spoke to two people on the phone for half an hour, after which they transferred me to another person. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue waiting after 40 minutes due to work commitments.

 

Can someone assist me with the cancellation process? It's becoming frustrating.
