Hi I have been sent a SIM card but received no tracking details and it’s been over a week and I’m wandering if it’s been lost?

The SIM card delivery via Aust Post usually takes 3-5 working days, if the 5th day has passed let us know your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) also include your alternate contact number and preferred time. We'll have one of our Mobile Specialists contact you for further handling.
