SIM card issue

My new SIM card has been activated however all my messages say they do not deliver but they do because people are replying to my messages.

Also when I go into mobile data in settings my “mobile data” plan is under a different number and my current number is under “primary” but says No SIM. When purchasing this sim I requested to stay on the same number when coming over from Telstra.

I also keep getting a message from settings say to reinsert my SIM in order to keep using this number. I did reinsert it and nothing happened
