Hi,
My SIM is not working, its showing NO SIM card on my phone. I have called TPG multiple times and i have been advised that someone one will call me back within a day but no one calls back. Its been 4 days i have been without a phone.

I have also followed instructions here to send private message but i can't figure out how to send private message to the moderator.
I have also tried emailing tpg helpdesk but the emails bounce back.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

Well I can't help you, my sim card stopped working so I don't even have a phone and I agree they are hard to contact or get a reply from.
