Sim card arrived, now Such a loop. My account wants a secret code to confirm id but sim card is not active so I can't receive it. Call 13 14 23 but sim card is not active so I can't receive call back (i'm not holding for 40 minutes) This after 2 weeks, I need a break

Well I can't help you, my sim card stopped working so I don't even have a phone and I agree they are hard to contact or get a reply from.
