After almost a month of problems with account verification due to not having an Australian nomber I've now managed to I tall my esim and verify it. Despite this 3 days after installation I don't have a working SIM. Step 6 on the SIM installation pathway is not complete...
I've emailed the privacy team but they're no longer replying to my emails. Please can this be sorted asap.
It shouldn't take 4 weeks to get an esim
