Hi, I have just changed over to TPG and am uable to receive Reply texts from certain contacts, I need to rectify this urgently as I use my phone for work.

What troubleshootings have you performed so far? Could you send us a PM with your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) and we will raise this to our Mobile Team for investigation.

This is ridiculous, I cannot get through to your support. Very frustrating and regretting switching to TPG
