Sending out SIM card

Hello,

My SIM has not been sent yet. My payment and registration was 5 days ago.

When I signed up the TPG website was having problems. It did not accept card, the support page was broken, and the my account section was broken.

I'm wondering if something has gone wrong?

I would like to know, how long does it take for the SIM card to be sent after successful "application processing" and what is the postage ETA?

Hi Ahra,

Today I received an email for "acceptance" and my status has moved forward to 3) SIM Card Received.

Thank you, I will wait for the delivery.
