Sim Activation

Level 1a



I have recieved an email from TPG saying my sim has been activated however I still cannot revieve messages or make calls.

Does your mobile/smart phone we're able to detect a signal?


You can try to do the following basic troubleshooting:


  • Ensure SIM card is properly inserted.
  • Re-insert the SIM card.
  • Reboot Mobile/Smart phone
  • Try different Mobile/Smart phone

Let me know how it will go. In case it does not work I will have to arrange a call from one of our Mobile Technicians.
