I've located your account using your Community details and went ahead and tracked the location of your mobile sim.
I can see that your mobile sim has been sent out from our warehouse last 19 June. Delivery will take 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for country locations with Australia post.
Once you received the SIM card, you may check this link on how to activate it.
