Sim activation issue

After several attempts finally my sim got ported in to tpg. Now i cant make any calls amd use internet, incoming seems to be working just fine. Tried calling tpg customer service, they just don’t understand the issue, maybe because my account still shows that my number port in is failed. But, number has been successfully ported and now only problem is i can’t any of the outgoing services.
