Hello TPG,
We have been with TPG for many years (ADSL, Broadband) and had no cause to complain until now.
I activated my sim on 16 March 2019 and as of today, 27 March 2019, I still do not have my phone activated by TPG.
I have called TPG 5 times to be told on each ocassion that the matter has been escalated.
TPG has made no attempts to contact me with any reason for the delay.

Apologies for the trouble in getting your SIM activated.
Using your Community details, I was able to check the records on your account and have seen that you were able to speak with one of our Mobile Specialists.
They have raised the issue now to our Escalations team. They will be in touch as soon as an update becomes available.
