Sim activation

Hi,
My current SIM card is already deactivated and I can’t receive either reply my TPG Sim card activation.

Can I ask to receive the activation SMS thorugh another number?

I've managed to locate your account and recent note indicated that you were able to speak with a member of our Mobile Team and was advised to contact you previous provider. 

Your old SIM should still work until your TPG service gets completed.
