Hello, 

It's been more than a week since I tried to activate my sim card and it's still not operating.

Could you help me with that?

Thanks for raising this to us. Send me your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with your best contact number and preferred time. We'll have our Mobile Specialists contact you to check the status your Mobile SIM card.
