Sim card not yet activated

I have submitted a request to activate a new sim card and port my mobile number to TPG yesterday. It has been much longer than the estimated 3 hours to have it completed and I have also missed a call from a TPG support number which I can't call back as I don't have any phone credit.

I'm wondering how much longer this will take?
