How do I save my info from old sim card

Welcome to the community!

Are you using iPhone or Android Smart phones?

For Android Smart phones you can simply sync the SIM card details to your google account.

There should be an option to copy the contacts from your SIM card to Smart phone or it can be save to your Google Contact Account directly.

For iPhone
 

You can simply sync the contact details saved to your SIM card to your iCloud contact.

Thanks for sending us a message.

For iPhone you can do the follow troubleshooting.

Import contacts stored on a SIM card

1. If your iPhone isn't using the SIM from your old phone: ...
2. Tap Settings > Contacts > Import SIM Contacts.
3. Wait for the import to complete.
4. If you swapped SIM cards in step 1, remove the SIM card and replace it with your iPhone SIM card.
