Sim delivery and sim tracking

Hello, I ordered tpg sim on feb 2, 2019 and I haven't got it till the date. How long does it takes to arrive? My sim is already activated. How can I track my sim card?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have reviewed the details.

The SIM card was sent via normal post which may take 2 to 3 working days around Metro and 3 to 5 working days outside Metro before it arrives. There's no tracking used for posting the SIM card.

The SIM card was already shipped on the 4th of February and you should be able to receive it within the day. If you weren't able to receive the SIM card, please let us know and will check it further for you.
