My sim is saying not provisioned and I have no way of contacting anyone over the phone.
This is quite urgent as it's important I'm able to use my phone to contact someone who is currently unwell.
The reason why I'm so concerned is that I just received an email to say it had been completed and number correctly transferred to TPG.
I need this addressed immediately.
