Sim only plan renewal

Hi I am David I already used this plan is last 8 month. Last July start 50 gb plan. Tpg say payment is not receive from my account. So I changed my payment method. But again they said to change payment method. Again also I changed. But I received message from tpg my renewal failed. now can't use tpg data. But today I check my $10 deducted from my account. Also I received message again from tpg payment is fail. So how can I renew my plan?
