Unable to make calls or use data. Have not been direct debited.

I am on a direct debit mobile plan which includes 14 GB and unlimited calls and as of today I cannot make calls or use data and recieved a text saying that I have "Insufficient prepaid balance". But I am not on a prepaid service and so this should not be relevant to me. 

 

Please help ASAP.
