Get online support

Sim status active but mobile service is deactive

It's been 24 hours I requested for SIM activation and it finally shows active when I check in my TPG account.Then I tried making phone call or use internet data it doesn't connect and says make sure your mobile services is active to make any call.I am so worried as I can't even call tpg support to ask for their help
