I have ported my phone number to tpg. I have received an email stating the process was complete but I still have no signal with my new SIM card after turning my phone off and back on. Can I please be advised on the status?
My customer number is 1200******

Have you activated the SIM yet? Here's an article you can refer to: How to Activate Your TPG Mobile Sim Card

 

If you encounter any issue, PM us with your Customer ID or username so we can have a look at the status of the service.
