Hi Shane,

 

  After the support team doing the reset, I turned off phone for 1~2 minute, turn it back on, do a speed test, and the speed is awesome, 74.9 Mbps download, 31.8 Mbps upload. And now, the 5G is NOT showing, I believe I am in 4G now. FYI, I am using the middle plan. I think switching to use 5G network is the issue.
