TPG SIM not delivered

Hi,

I have signed up to a SIM only plan and ordered a new SIM about 2 weeks ago but still have not yet heard back (I.e., no email notification on dispatch). Can you please advise how this is tracking? I cannot call customer support as my plan with my previous provider has expired (I was expecting the SIM to arrive before the expiry date).
