Unable to log in to My Account

I have just purchased a TPG eSIM and have received the email confirmation with my new mobile number and instructions for account set up. However, when I click the My Account log in link, it comes up with the error message: "Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid. Please call us on 13 14 23 for assistance." At present, I do not have a way of calling this number - how can I fix the issue of not being able to log into my account and set up my eSIM?

The error message means that there's no mobile number registered to the account.

 

We'd like to check on this further on our end and see how can we help.
