Unable to receive or make calls/smses

Hi, I’m unable to make or receive calls/smses on my TPG Line. Tried to turn off and on my iPhone, switch to manual network, take out my SIM card and switch from iPhone 6 to iPhone X to try but all methods didn’t work. Please help.
