Urgent help needed with global roaming and wifi calling

Hi there, 

I am overseas and do not appear to be activated for international roaming. I cannot log into my TPG account due to requiring mobile verification. 

I am also unable to access wifi calling despite it being enabled on my phone. 

Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Send your details via a private message and we'll help you activate your roaming services. 

On the other hand, WiFi Calling is not available while roaming internationally.
