VOWifi not working

I have just ported to TPG from Boost\Telstra in order to get VOwifi. My wifes older TPG\Vodaphone sim card works for VOWifi on my phone, but my new one isnt working. This is very frustrating as I have no service in my location and moved to TPG specifically for this reason.
