Does the Video Call exclusion on TPG Mobile SIM only plans include those originated from facetime and WhatsApp?

Welcome to the community!

Standard National Video Calls $1 per minute + 40¢ flagfall.

Facetime and WhatsApp will consume your Mobile Data Plan when Video Call Feature is used.

Just ported my number to tpg from Vodafone and lost video call option.How can i get it back.

Could you please specify which type of video call you are pertaining to? Is it the Standard Video Call from your handset or you're pertaining to an application(s)?

Ok,I'll specify my problem,,as soon as my new tpg account activated,,VoLTE, signal disappeared..There for can not make video calls as I use to..
