Vodafone advise they cant find my account

I completed ID firm as requested and received an email from Vodafone that they don't have details of my phone or account. I have been without phone service since yesterday and would like this resolved. Asap

Vodafone and TPG are different Telco and operate independently of each other. If you have completed the form we sent yesterday, let us have the reference number via private message so we can check the status of  your request.
