Voicemail overseas no access

Hi, I’m trying to access my voicemail from overseas and called +61414121121 but the voice prompt tells me I can’t access this number after I type my phone number and press hash. Help 🙏

You may follow the instructions below:

For retrieving the Voicemail overseas, you need to dial "+61414121121".

Afterward, you need to:

• Press ‘*’
• Enter your mobile number starting with '04'
• Press ‘#’
• Enter your voicemail security code
• Press ‘#’

The institutions you gave me are what I did already but the voice says that my voicemail can’t be reached from the number I’m calling from. Can I call the voicemail from any number? Can I call it from a prepaid Skype?
