Voicemail security code

Hello i am suddenly being asked for a security code to access voicemail which I do not have. First time it happens since I got the number 10 years ago. Please advise on how to retrieve it. Thank you

We understand that our team has been in touch and advised that a temporary PIN will be sent via SMS or email.

Once you use the temporary pin, you may change it to a new one.
