Enabling international roaming while overseas

I forgot to enable international roaming on my account before travelling overseas and now I can not receive sms messages from my bank to authenticate transfers. I've spoke to someone through live chat and was told to send an email to with the request and my driver's license details so that they can identify me and enable roaming, that was over 3 days ago, since then I've had no response from TPG. Really disappointing support from TPG when you don't even get a reply from an email with such importance.
