Get online support
I forgot to enable international roaming on my account before travelling overseas and now I can not receive sms messages from my bank to authenticate transfers. I've spoke to someone through live chat and was told to send an email to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au with the request and my driver's license details so that they can identify me and enable roaming, that was over 3 days ago, since then I've had no response from TPG. Really disappointing support from TPG when you don't even get a reply from an email with such importance.
