Hello,
I would like to know why my service is extremely terrible and slow, I have moved from a Telstra network operator to TPG and I now never get any service, my SMS and Calls drop and my data is extremely slow or doesn't work at all. I am clearly within Vodaphone's coverage network yet I am still having these issues.
I have a OnePlus 5T 8GB/128GB on the 15 GB mobile data plan. I live in Chiltern, Victoria and often use the highway as a method of travel, where service is also extremely terrible. I also have constant disconnects and other connection problems, etc.

I'd love to know what the answer to this question was! I ported across this morning and have had one bar of cover (so pretty much can't use any mobile apps) since. I'm assuming that this is because Vodaphone?

The strength of the mobile phone signal / reception will vary as it depends on various factors, such as proximity to the nearest cell tower, any obstructions such as buildings or trees.
We recommend to speak to one of our Mobile specialists to investigate on this further.

Still no phone call. Still rubbish service. I'm getting good cover on my Optus tablet and my Telstra work phone, but nothing on the TPG phone.

Thank you! I've messaged you (and messaged Erika a couple of days ago) - would very much appreciate any help you can offer sorting this out. As it stands, the service is completely useless - which tallies well with my previous experience on the Vodaphone networks, but which doesn't help me to actually, y'know, check FB, make phone calls and send messages.
