I would like to know why my service is extremely terrible and slow, I have moved from a Telstra network operator to TPG and I now never get any service, my SMS and Calls drop and my data is extremely slow or doesn't work at all. I am clearly within Vodaphone's coverage network yet I am still having these issues.
I have a OnePlus 5T 8GB/128GB on the 15 GB mobile data plan. I live in Chiltern, Victoria and often use the highway as a method of travel, where service is also extremely terrible. I also have constant disconnects and other connection problems, etc.
