Wi-Fi calling

Hi, I have a Galaxy Note 5 phone, which is capable of Wi-Fi calling, but the setting is greyed out. LTE is on. Could my modem, which is about 4-5 years old from TPG, be the issue? How can I troubleshoot? Thx

Have you enabled the WiFi calling of your Smart phone? Or you are not able to change it?

If the latter, then you need to contact Samsung support or update the software of your Galaxy note 5.

Thx Basil. I swapped sims with a friend at his place and still no Wi-Fi calling. Must be the phone. Cheers.
