You have removed "Mobile Service Control Panel" for 3 numbers on my account overnight (Moving to Novus), while in CSRMODE there is no way to enable mobile data as "Your service has not been activated yet."? I need mobile data enabled immediately for one of the numbers and can't do so due to TPG's fault.
No reply, no feedback, time to leave TPG.

We are here to help and provide guidance with your queries.
Now, in order to enable your 'Mobile Data', under the CSR mode, just select the desired Mobile number, then go to 'Settings'.
On the said tab, scroll down and you'll be able to locate the 'Mobile Data'.

The problem is that in your old system the control panel has gone already:
while in new system it is not appeared yet:
So my mobile is without data until your port the account (next 7 days).
