Get online support

can't make or receive calls

Just switched back to TPG and now my mobile can't make or receive phone calls. It can receive SMS and mobile data though.

 

Tried 

-Restarting phone multiple times

-Tried two different phones

-Reset network settings in phone

-call barring is off

 

I saw that other people have the same problem and are asked to pm an admin but when I try that the "send message" button doesn't appear on the admin's profile page.

Geez, no response from the team. Looks like I'm going to have to go to the TIO to get this sorted.

its a ported number. one i have previously used with TPG. I have sent you a PM with my account name. Hopefully I can get this sorted soon as I can't even receive calls from anybody.
