international roaming not working in Singapore

Hi,

I have a TPG Australia sim card. I am currently in Singapore. I would like access to my Aus phone number esp to receive SMS for codes. However, I do not seem to be able to get the SIM connected to any local (Singapore) network, when I have set on "join preferred network" setting. How can I solve this? Or, can you please advise which network I should select manually?

Did you activate the Roaming service prior to travel? If yes, you may check this article: TPG Mobile International Roaming - FAQ
