mobile call details for 6 months ago

Hi,

My mobile call history shows the last few months on NOVUS but nothing older. The old system has one for 2011 - 2014 and another for 2014-2015 but nothing from 2015 onwards. I need this info urgently.

plan ID 647806     call list 1/2011 - 10/2014

plan id 1759932    call list 10/2014 - 12/2015

plan id2504830 moved to NOVUS call list 12/ 2021 - 02/2022

I need all lists from 2015 to Dec 2021. These were there 3 months ago but not anymore

The old call history or invoices can be seen when you log in using your old customer ID number.

Using the old ID number, you'll be able to access the old accounts system.
