mobile data not working

My Mobile Data has suddenly not started working for me and my money has already been taken out of my account.
I changed my card details into a different one, and i have my account history that says my money has been taken out of my account, but my Mobile data is still not available. It says my usage will reset in 29 days but now 28 days. It also says a transaction is in progress but my money has already been taken out, the mobile usage i have left is STILL 25gb, yet u can’t use it and the time left of days is going down.

Apart from the data, can you still make/receive calls? Send us a private message with your TPG mobile number or account and we'll have look at your account.
