Am a long time user with 2 mobile plans at 16.99 each.

Willing to upgrade to the new 29.99 plan for extra data but the upgrade process does not seem to allow for the initial 6 months at 15 dollars intro price.

Can you clarify? Am I entitled to the 6 months 50% discount or not ?

The 50% discount is being offered to new customers only though.

Nonetheless, you may still upgrade your mobile plan to have extra data. I would recommend to have one of our Mobile Specialists contact you to discuss this with you further.
