I recently attempted to perform an outgoing call from my phone, but when I received a message from TPG that my account is expired and I need to contact TPG Customer Support. What can I do about this? I find that my TPG account can not be logged in.

Thanks for your response. Currently, I have called the service number of your company, my phone number is avaliable now. However, I find a question in my account. My Amount owing was originally -289, so I add 300 to the prepaid balance account. Then my amount owing becomes -589. Why? I need to pay more? Any reason?

We checked the account and it shows that you have a credit for the amount of $289.62.
The negative (-) symbol might mean that it is a credit amount in the account.
