I received my new sim yesterday and have tried to activate it today. I have just received an email from TPG saying my activation to transfer my mobile number has failed- 003 has not been issued. It said I must phone Mobile support and select option 2 and then 3, I cannot phone that number as I cannot make calls as I do not have a sim in my phone to make calls. Can you please tell me what i must now do if I cannot phone the help desk.
