no 4G

My phone is not getting any signal withe 4G and no one can call me, I can send and receive sms. I have re checked the setting but still did not work. Now I switched to 3g and Im getting full bars and good connection.

aeroplane mode is off.

When accessing www.tpg.com.au, it shows 'this site can't be reached, try: checking the connection. ERR_TIMED_OUT'.

I cannot access YouTube, Gmail, GoogleMap, WhatsApp using mobile data. These apps work OK after I switch to my home wifi.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I now used 3G and it still shows 'this site can't be reached. try: checking the connection.'

The signal of connection is full though.

Hi ellieshu.

Look in Settings, Mobile networks, Access point names. Is anything selected?

Take note of current setting and try another. It looks the sort of thing that is set by the SIM card.

Yes, the Network is TPG.

Access Point Name is Vodafond live!

I use the SIM card in another phone and it has no mobile data.

I turn on data roaming and it has mobile data.

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I tried turning off phone, toggling mobile network, toggling flight mode and nothing seems to work. The down and up arrows under 4G icon seems to be active but nothing will load.

 

EDIT: I even tried 3G only and it doesnt work either

Exactly same as your situation. I don't really know what to do next as nothing works. And no TPG staff show up here to help... @David_M

Hi ellieshu. You said earlier that "I turn on data roaming and it has mobile data". Could you then use the internet or is it still not working? You have just posted that it is still not working.
